TPE /TPV


Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) – A modern material that retains the good properties and perfomance of the rubber through the simplified manufacturing process that characterizes the industry of the plastic parts. It is suitable for injection and extrusion of profiles and is easy to paint.

TPE is ecological material because it is completely recyclable and, in various variants, meets all modern ecological standards. The hardness of the materials ranges from 30 up to 85 schore, and the temperature resistance is from -50 up to 135 degrees of celsius.

NBR

Nitrile-Butadiene rubber has good mechanical properties, oil and temperature resistance. Temperature range of application is from -30 up to 100 degrees of celsius, short-term up to 120 degrees

CR

Chloroprene rubber, polymer of chlor-butadiene, has good mechanical properties, temperature range of application from -45 up to 100 degrees of celsius, and short-term up to 120 degrees, good resistance in silicone oils and fats, alcohol, glycols, fresh and salt water

NBR

Nitrile-Butadiene rubber has good mechanical properties, oil and temperature resistance. Temperature range of application is from -30 up to 100 degrees of celsius, short-term up to 120 degrees

CR

Chloroprene rubber, polymer of chlor-butadiene, has good mechanical properties, temperature range of application from -45 up to 100 degrees of celsius, and short-term up to 120 degrees, good resistance in silicone oils and fats, alcohol, glycols, fresh and salt water

EPDM

Ethylene-propylene diene rubber, has a temperature range of application from -50 up to 130 degrees of celsius, shows good resistance to water and steam above 100 degrees, resistant to acids and bases.

NR

Natural rubber with very good mechanical properties, wear-resistant with a temperature range of application from -50 up to 80 degrees of celsius, good resistance to alcohols and water, dilute acids and bases at lower temperatures.

EPDM

Ethylene-propylene diene rubber, has a temperature range of application from -50 up to 130 degrees of celsius, shows good resistance to water and steam above 100 degrees, resistant to acids and bases.

NR

SBR

Styrene-butadiene rubber has a temperature range of application from -50 up to 100 degrees of celsius and good resistance to inorganic and organic acids and bases, alcohols as well as good wear resistance.

FKM (Viton)

Very good temperature and chemical resistance and durability as well as resistance to ozone. Temperature range of application is from -20 up to 200 degrees of celsius.

SBR

Styrene-butadiene rubber has a temperature range of application from -50 up to 100 degrees of celsius and good resistance to inorganic and organic acids and bases, alcohols as well as good wear resistance.

FKM (Viton)

Very good temperature and chemical resistance and durability as well as resistance to ozone. Temperature range of application is from -20 up to 200 degrees of celsius.
